Corporate maintains a competent staff in each of the Los Angeles Civic Center Courthouses on a daily basis. These courts include Los Angeles Municipal/Superior Court, U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

In addition, Corporate has regular routes to all Los Angeles Branch Courts for same day service at a reduced rate should you choose to place your firm on our roster of daily pick ups. Court Research is available in all Southern and Northern California courts and Nationwide through our affiliations with CAPPS (California Association of Photocopiers and Process Servers) and NAPPS (National Association of Photocopiers and Process Servers).

Waiting time is carefully calculated in increments of one-quarter hour with a rate of $7.50 per quarter hour. Corporate is conscious of the necessity of being accurate with all charges and we are extremely pleased with our ability to configure our billing to your firm in any format. Disk billing is available upon request.

Fax Filing is available in all courts that allow this type of filing. This applies to Statewide and Nationwide courts. Please note that there are courts which require original documents and do not allow any type of facsimile or photocopied filing. Please call our office for further information.

Corporate Legal-Courier will never allow a filing to be rejected due to lack of filing fees; however, there is a 10% check charge if Corporate is not reimbursed within forty-eight (48) hours.

CORPORATE LEGAL-COURIER offers an "On Board" courier service. This service specializes in last minute deliveries and filings to places that cannot be reached by car or motorcycle due to distance or time.

Corporate Legal-Courier offers this service on an eight hour time period. Prices do not include expenses incurred during travel time such as airline tickets, car rental, taxis, gas, hotels, food, court fees, etc. The driver's time is calculated at $75.00 per hour for the first eight hours, thereafter $50.00 per hour for the next four hours and then $25.00 per hour
for the remaining time.

Corporate Legal-Courier will only dispatch extremely qualified "On Board" specialists that are fully knowledgeable with court procedures and geographical areas not normally familiar to most messengers and/or court technicians.
